Q: Do I require a deposit in order to rent a dumpster?
A: No, but we do require a credit card to secure.
Q: Do you protect the driveway?
A: Yes. We assure all our dumpsters are placed on boards to protect your driveway from scratches and scrapes.
Q: What dumpster type do I need?
A: Call us about your project and we can help you figure this out. The size of dumpster you will need, typically depends on the home improvement project you are doing.
Q: How much notice do I need to give when ordering my dumpster?
A: normally we need one day, but call, we may be able to supply one same day.
Q: How high can I fill the dumpster?
A: Up to the top of the dumpster wall line. We ask that you do not go past the top so that we can put a tarp over it to transport without littering the highway.
Q: Do you work with Contractors?
A: Yes we do. We work with many types of contractors, providing them our dumpster service across northeast Ohio. These contractors include: roofers, general contractors, remodelers, disaster relief contractors and landscapers.
Q: What if I go over the weight allowance?
A: We offer a flat rate as long as you’re not filling it with concrete, brick, stone or soil. Please tell us about your project so that we can offer you our flat rates.
